The number one complaint of cleaning companies is a lack of communication. Avalon's quality control program is simple and effective. We constantly monitor our work and make corrections as needed. We also encourage customer communication and use your input to heighten our level of service.
An ACCOUNT MANAGER is assigned to each client. Clients are encouraged to stay in touch by cell phone or email. The Account Manager uses the Service Plan to schedule cleaning, assign the technicians to perform the work, inspect the progress and quality of the work and stay in touch with the client.
A COMMUNICATIONS NOTEBOOK is placed at a strategic location at each site (more if needed). The detailed cleaning schedule is placed in the notebook and is used by the technicians to perform the work. These schedules are available for the client to track the work and who is performing that work. The notebook is also used by the client to report any special requests or deficiencies.
A MONTHLY MEETING will be established with the client. During these visits we inspect the facility and visit with the tenants and/or management to obtain their assessment of our work. This direct communication ensures that we are meeting our quality standards and the expectations of our customers.
